FAQs
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Wear whatever makes you comfortable and has you feeling your best self! Examples of attire would be dresses, slacks, shirts, jumpsuits etc, whatever floats your boat! But, make sure it’s easy to groove in!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, our venue has strict limits on the number of guests it can facilitate, and we are already at limit(perks of a big family!) We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation, and that does include any children not listed by name on the invite, sadly.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that you please RSVP by May 21st 2024 at the very latest - unfortunately if you have not reached out to us by this time we will be forced to remove your name from our guest list due to venue policy.
Is there parking?
Yep! There is plenty of free parking at our venue. There are also a limited number of electric car chargers at our venue for those with electric vehicles.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and the reception are taking place in our venue, Hotel Kilmore, making it very convenient all round! No traveling required means more time for partying!
When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Is there a wedding hashtag?
Yes! We would love to see all the photos, stories and videos you have to offer so please use the hashtag - #ChloesWeddingMagic - when posting online to share with us!
What on earth does that # mean?
Well, Maciek has been called Magic as a nickname all his life so voila - Chloe is wedding Magic! Of course, the wedding will also be magical hence the play on words - Chloe’s wedding magic.
Do you have a gift registry?
We do not! Of course, your presence is the best gift you can give us on our wedding day, but if you would like to gift us something we would very much appreciate it if you could contribute to our honeymoon fund and give us the gift of lifelong memories. That being said, each and every gift is special to us!
